This isn’t our first time here either. What a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The menu is huge here - with great salads, great options for children, it’s varied and includes omelettes, tartiflette and flammekueche! Very good value family meal. Immediately opposite the Cathedral square. Plenty of parking at the Mairie. It’s a lovely calm village and excellent stop-off place if travelling through France.

Amazing restaurants, and dog friendly which was a big bonus for us. It was 6.30pm when we arrived and they didn't start serving until 7pm, but they were more than happy to show us to a table and let us browse their menu, which we had to do using Google translate. The Menu was extensive, everything from salads, burgers, pizza, pasta, Meat and steak section. We both ordered the Normandy plank which was amazing, please see pics for details. We were only in this village for one night on our way back to the UK but we'll definitely be back again next year.

We stop off here doe lunch once a year on our trip to Le Mans, quality of food is always great with a big selection on menu including French dishes and other choices such as Pasta and Pizza. Local restaurant run by local people ans set in town centre near Town Hall and opposite the town Cathedral which is quite spectacular.

'The' most delicious pizza ever and the following day a savory gallette which was out of this world. I must say it was very very busy but all the staff were quick and efficient. I had a seat opposite the kitchen and so could easily see what was going on in there. All very hygienic and professionally prepared. Would recommend

Extensive menu, good wine and excellent service. We had burgers, salmon, fish salad. No room for crepes but they looked great. It gets busy so it's worth reserving a table.

We arrived in Sées late so wanted something simple (steak hache). But as other plates came out we wished we had arrived earlier and had something more adventurous. Everything looked great and other customers were tucking in with gusto. Our food, though simple, was great. Great service and atmosphere. Right in the centre of Sées by the cathedral

We were camping up the road and popped in here for a beer after doing the historical walk around town. We had to go in and order our beers and we ordered the 25cl which were a little small for our thirst. Nice place to sit and watch the world go by!

Lovely steak with green salad and béarnaise sauce. Happy to have our two dogs. Everyone friendly. Right next to the gorgeous cathedral which is definitely worth a look as you walk off the meal.
